Service Engagements
Any paid work, advisory relationship, audit, or implementation project will be governed by a separate written agreement that defines scope, fees, ownership, confidentiality, and delivery obligations.
If there is a conflict between these website terms and a signed service agreement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SSTD disclaims liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the public website alone.
